The difference in representations of Terrorists in English and Eastern Media

For my media course I had many ideas for different productions I could make, The idea i Am planning on taking further is a study of "The difference in representations of Terrorists in English and Eastern Media" I think the best possible medium of conveying my research to others is a Documentary as it would be more effective and would reach a wider audience, my study is based around the quote "One man's Terrorist is another man's freedom fighter" I believe this to be a very accurate quote, My work will show how Terrorists are portrayed in the newspapers In england and then the newspapers in a very much opposite country such as Iraq or Afghanistan. I have looked on the internet and I have found hardly any articles adressing this issue, So i believe that this would be an in interesting case study to do and would shed light on why these countries defend the terrorists.

Initial Ideas

My initial idea is to produce a magazine that has a specialist niche audience, I am aiming to produce a magazine that interests people from the gaming world, I intend for my magazine to inform and entertain the target audience and to provide them with useful hints, tips and information to further their progress on their games etc. I also aim to to attract female gamers even though my magazine's audience will be predominantly male. I will post a further blog to outline the target audience for my magazine.
